2. Services Offered

Zillionheirs provides educational content, AI business strategy consulting, mentorship programs, community membership, and related digital services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without liability.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely through our designated payment processors.
  • Program fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of access to Services.
  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; changes will not affect existing enrollments.

5. Mentorship Program

  • Acceptance into mentorship programs is subject to application review and approval.
  • Mentorship sessions are scheduled for Fridays and must be booked through the platform.
  • Participants are expected to come prepared and act respectfully toward mentors and staff.
  • Zillionheirs reserves the right to remove any participant for conduct deemed disruptive or harmful.

6. Strategy Calls

Free strategy calls are offered as a courtesy and do not constitute a binding business agreement. Results discussed during calls are not guaranteed. Zillionheirs is not responsible for business decisions made based on information shared during a call.

7. SMS Communications

By opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Zillionheirs including booking confirmations and program updates. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, and course content provided by Zillionheirs is the exclusive property of Zillionheirs and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, income, or outcomes from participating in any Zillionheirs program. Individual results will vary.

10. Limitation of Liability
